This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of orders and services provided by Holy Land Photography ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") through our website at https://holylandflowers.com (the "Website").

This policy complies with Jordan's Consumer Protection Law, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770), and applicable international consumer protection standards.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1. Before Payment Processing

You may cancel your order at any time **before** payment has been processed, at no cost. Simply abandon the checkout process or close your browser before completing the payment.

2.2. After Payment — Before Download

If payment has been processed but you have **not yet downloaded** or accessed the Digital Product, you may request cancellation under the following conditions:

2.3. After Download or Access

Once a Digital Product has been downloaded or accessed, the order **cannot be cancelled** because the digital content has been fully delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligible refund scenarios after download.

2.4. Automatic Delivery Exception

Because our Digital Products are delivered automatically and instantly upon payment, the cancellation window is limited. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once delivery begins.


3. How to Cancel an Order

3.1. To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Required Information:
- Full name and email address associated with your account.
- Order number and date of purchase.
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).

3.2. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours. Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.


4. Cancellation Processing

4.1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 1 business day.

4.2. Review: Your request will be reviewed to determine eligibility based on the conditions outlined in Section 2.

4.3. Confirmation: You will receive a cancellation confirmation or denial via email within 2–3 business days.

4.4. Refund: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.


5. Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)

5.1. If we offer subscription-based services (e.g., membership plans, recurring photo packages), the following terms apply:

5.2. Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing period.

5.3. Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel an annual subscription within **14 days** of the initial purchase or renewal date for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period, and no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

5.4. How to Cancel a Subscription: Send an email to info@holylandflowers.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation – [Your Account Email]" at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

5.5. **Access After Cancellation:** You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your paid billing period. After that, access to subscription-exclusive content will be revoked.


6. EU/EEA Consumer Cooling-Off Period

6.1. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU/EEA consumers have a **14-day cooling-off period** (right of withdrawal) from the date of purchase for online purchases.

6.2. **Exception for Digital Content:** In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered online once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

6.3. During the checkout process, you will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and to acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery.

6.4. If you **do not** consent to immediate delivery, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains valid, and you may cancel the order within 14 days for a full refund, provided the digital content has not been downloaded or accessed.


7. Cancellation by Holy Land Photography

7.1. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Pricing or product listing errors.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Technical issues preventing order fulfillment.
- Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

7.2. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


8. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or server failures), we may be unable to process cancellations within the usual timeframes. We will make reasonable efforts to process your request as soon as practicable.
